Hsu Ramsay Agreement
The Union and Ramsay`s management have reached an agreement in principle on the settlement of a new company agreement that will include provisions for the employment of Ramsay employees over the next three years. The company agreement, which applies to union members employed by Ramsay Health Care in Attadale, Glengarry and Hollywood hospitals, Joondalup Health Campus and Peel Health Campus, has been approved by the Fair Work Commission. The agreement will apply from 11 September 2019 and will contain the terms and conditions of employment and rates of pay for HSUWA members until the end of September 2021. The Union and Ramsay`s management have agreed on the final draft of the company agreement document, which should be submitted for consideration by the General Staff in the coming week. A vote of all collaborators will then be made by Ramsay to determine the acceptance or non-acceptance of the proposed new EA. There are a large number of changes from the current EA, which is why members are encouraged to take an in-depth look at the new EA document before the vote. BE SURE TO SPEAK ON ELECTION DAY! Negotiations Update ea – Ramsay Health Care WA Hospital Health Services Union Enterprise Agreement 2016 – Therapy assistants can move to level 3, meeting certain criteria, – PHC – 1.5% previously applied – Transitional provisions in 2016 and 2017, 2.82% in 2018 – valid on January 27, 2016, 2017 and 2018. – start at level P1.2 (4/6.2) for specified calls and other professionals with a four-year diploma, – new classification descriptors for specified calls and other professionals, i.e.
P1.1 = 4/6.1, etc. – Additional remuneration point at the top of the level 2 classification for PHC – those with 12 months or more at level 2.4 move to level 2.5, – Some calls and other professionals may move from level P1.5 (4/6.5) to level P2 (7), – collective hospitals – minimum increases of 2.75%, 2.75% and 2.82% – valid on January 27, 2016, 2017 and 2018, – Two separate calendars – Peel Health Campus and other group hospitals, z.B.
